Privacy Policy

Your personal privacy and information is incredibly important in my service to you. I (Rajesh Taylor) only use and store information to fulfil a contract to manage your photoshoot experience, orders relating to your shoot experience and marketing information that has been requested.

What do I collect?

If you have not purchased my services but are subscribed to the 'Journal' newsletter, I only have on record an email address. You have the right to stop receiving Field Notes at any time. Click Unsubscribe in the email newsletter you are sent or let me know by emailing me on: rt@rajeshtaylor.com

To enable me to manage your reservations, orders and shoot experiences I ask you to provide personal details such as:

Contact Name
Email address
Postal Address
Payment details

What do I do with your data?

I never sell your data or personal information. When working with trusted partners (Florists, Hotels, Banks, Resorts, Spa's etc.) they may require specific details to provide us updates, or to service your individual requirements. In these instances your prior consent is asked for before booking. This is to help logistical plan, provide updates and fulfil deliverables.

Real world examples:

  • Ordering a custom made bouquet of flowers with delivery to your hotel suite prior to your shoot.
The Florist will have a note of your order under our names for reference, the hotel's address and room number if required. Bouquets are cut less than 24 hours before the shoot to preserve freshness so oversight is needed.

In instances where red rose petals are requested in your room on the return back from a surprise wedding proposal shoot. Communication is needed between myself, Hotels' Head Concierge or designated contact on your behalf. An unscheduled return for a wardrobe change before the proposal has taken place may compromise proceedings.

  • When posting Albums, Prints or Wall Art to your home or daytime address.
Photography Experiences over £975 include postcards and prints. These are insured and recorded as registered deliveries in the first instance with Her Majesty's Royal Mail. From then on European, Far East or North American postal services will conclude the delivery for international orders where a signature will be required.

  • Making payments.
Payment is processed for Experience Packages using PCI compliant providers such as Paypal, Stripe or using your Bank's platform. Once payment is received an email acknowledging confirmation is sent for your reference.
